Our work

Systems built around real businesses

We design websites, automations and internal tools around practical operational needs — what the business actually does every day, not what a template assumes.

The Maid2Go website home page built by AutomateFX: the Maid2Go logo, the headline Brightest Cleaning in Brighton, an introduction to the company, call-to-action buttons, and a panel listing the five cleaning services offered.
The same Maid2Go website shown on a mobile phone, with the navigation collapsed to a menu button, the logo and headline stacked, and a Get a Free Quote button.

What we built

Website, operations and the infrastructure underneath

Website & customer journey

  • Responsive website, built mobile-first
  • Service pages with clear published pricing
  • Enquiry capture and quote requests
  • Booking handling
  • Cookie consent built into the site itself

Business operations

  • Enquiries routed automatically rather than left in an inbox
  • Invoicing raised and tracked after jobs
  • Staff timesheets captured without a shared spreadsheet
  • Scheduled operational reporting

Infrastructure

  • Hosting and deployment pipeline
  • DNS configuration
  • Email routing for the company address
  • Launch environment prepared and tested

The systems behind it

Two of the flows we connected

The website is the front of the business. These are the parts customers never see.

These diagrams describe what the system does. We have not published performance figures for this project, because we have not measured them.

Detail

Services and pricing, clearly presented

Five service types, each with its own scope and published starting price, so a visitor can work out what they need before contacting anyone.

The services section of the Maid2Go website, showing five cards for domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, end of tenancy, deep cleaning and Airbnb short-let cleaning. Each card lists a starting price, a typical job size and what is included.
