Websites & digital systems
Most businesses do not need a bigger website. They need one that works.
One that exists, loads on a phone, can be found, and puts enquiries somewhere you will actually see them. We build it, connect what happens behind it, and keep it running afterwards.
Who this is for
Two situations we see constantly
You have no website at all
The business is real and busy. People find you through word of mouth, a directory listing or a social page. There is nothing to send someone who asks “have you got a website?”, and nowhere for an enquiry to land at eleven at night.
This is the most common place we start, and the quickest to fix.
You have one, but it is not doing its job
It was built years ago, it does not work properly on a phone, it is slow, or it simply does not say what you actually do now. Nobody has touched it since it went live because nobody knows how.
We will tell you honestly whether it is worth rebuilding or repairing.
What makes this different
We build the website and automate what happens behind it
A web designer hands over a site. That is where the work usually stops — and where the actual admin begins. Because we do automation as well, the enquiry does not have to land in an inbox and wait for someone to notice it.
An example workflow. Not every package includes every step — plenty of Starter sites are a form that reaches you properly and nothing more.
Not every business needs all of that, and we will not sell you pieces you do not need. Plenty of Starter sites are a form that emails you properly and nothing more. The point is that the option is there, from the same people, when you want it.
What you get
In every package, whatever the size
Mobile-first, responsive
Designed for a phone screen first, because that is where most of your visitors will be, then tested properly across tablet, laptop and desktop widths.
Contact or quote form
A form that validates, tells the visitor what happened, and reliably reaches you. Spam protection included.
SEO foundations
Titles, descriptions, headings, a sitemap and clean URLs, so search engines can read the site. Foundations, not a monthly SEO retainer.
Hosting and SSL
HTTPS from day one, on hosting we monitor. Included while you are on a care plan.
Your domain, your site
The domain is registered in your name. Once the project is paid for, the site and its content belong to you.
Two revision rounds
Structured feedback, twice, built into the price — not billed as extras when you ask for a change.
Packages
Fixed prices, published
Which package fits is about complexity and what the site has to do, not page count alone. If a bigger package would not actually help you, we will say so.

Not sure which you need, or comparing us with somebody else? What a website actually costs in Brighton explains what moves the number and how to read a quote.
How payment works: 50% deposit before production work starts, the remaining 50% once you have approved the site and before it goes live. Care plan billing starts at launch. Domain registration and any third-party subscriptions are separate and stay in your name.
Afterwards
Keeping it working
A website is not finished when it launches. Certificates expire, forms silently stop delivering, hosts change things. A care plan is what stops you finding out from a customer.
£29 per month
Everything needed to keep the agreed site online and working.
- Hosting and SSL
- Technical monitoring and uptime checks
- Backups and version-controlled recovery
- Form checks
- Technical fixes to keep the agreed site working
£49 per month
For businesses whose details actually change — prices, staff, opening hours, photos.
- Everything in Essential Care
- Up to 30 minutes a month of text and image changes
- Priority on small jobs
Both plans are monthly rolling, paid in advance, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Unused edit time does not roll over. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately. Domain renewal remains yours.
How it works
From first call to live
A short call
Fifteen minutes. What the business does, who you want to reach, what the site has to achieve.
A written scope
Package, price, timeline and what is not included — agreed before anything starts.
Deposit and build
50% deposit, then we build. We pre-fill everything we can from what is already public, so you are not handed a blank form.
Two review rounds
You see it on a private preview link and tell us what to change. Twice, properly.
Approval and launch
You approve, the balance is settled, your domain is connected and it goes live.
Looked after
Your care plan starts. Monitoring runs in the background and we fix things before you have to notice them.

- Cookie consent built into the site
- Hosting, DNS and email routing configured

Questions
Before you ask
With a conversation, not a form. We look at what is already public about your business — your listings, your social pages, your reviews — and come back with a concrete suggestion for what the site should contain. You do not need to have written anything in advance.
No. If you have one we connect it. If you do not, we will tell you exactly what to buy and it is registered in your name, not ours. The domain is yours either way.
Small text and image changes are included in Managed Care at £49 a month, up to 30 minutes' worth. Anything larger — new pages, new features, a redesign — is quoted separately so you always know what you are agreeing to.
The site is yours and you can take it elsewhere. We hand over the code and help with the move. Both plans are monthly rolling with 30 days' notice — there is no long contract to get out of.
No, but it is simpler if you do, because the care plans include hosting and monitoring. If you would rather host it yourself we will deploy it wherever you want and hand it over.
Two structured rounds are included in every package. You review, we note everything, we apply it. If a request materially changes the scope we will say so and price it rather than pretending it was always included.
Starter does not include heavy copywriting, complex integrations, booking or payment logic, or custom database work — those move you into Business or Advanced. Third-party subscriptions and domain renewal are yours. We would rather set that out here than surprise you later.
Yes. That is the part most web designers cannot do. See automation for what that looks like, or ask on the first call.
